Again! Another situation everyone has been through. The feeling of being restless, less focused, more stucked in things, an unusual way of feeling ourselves, again bringing out negativity in our lives. We determine it as depression. So let’s just talk about taking depression as detoxication

Yet another point of view through which you can again reduce the intensity of being affected negatively. So what does detoxication mean? removal of toxic things! Maybe some thoughts, some people, some memories, some assumptions. We need to understand that depression is not a state of sadness it's not a state of negativity it's not a state of loss rather it’s a state of filtration it’s a state of regeneration it’s a state of conversion from an older to a better new version. Always remember if you are not able to adapt to the changes taking place in your life you will be extinct as dinosaurs are today. So depression is the pathway taking you from one side to the other which is so very important for you to keep up with life. 

The vital question that arouses in one’s mind is how do we know that we are in a depression? Normally people hesitate to accept that they are having a problem concerning their mental health and hence drown down into its ill effects affecting their lifestyle. The first step towards bringing positivity to your life is ACCEPTANCE. Accept that I am not feeling mentally well, accept that I need some change to make myself feel better. Once you start accepting you will be open to change, you will start improving and this acceptance will help you come out from this state of depression. No one cares about what phase you are going through; you are the only one who needs to take care and put an effort to bring a lot of positivity in your life. This is not going to be an effort for someone else this is an effort for oneself, for our soul, for our mind for making us feel more worthy and better.

It’s not necessary to know whether I am in depression or loneliness or regret or something else. What is necessary to know is I am not feeling good, my mind is not in a normal state and I need to do whatever I can to make me feel good. It will cost nothing other than taking things positively. Finding the sunshine even at the darkest hour is important. Trust the soul residing in your body, have faith in its power and the whole world will be just magical for you. Negatives will no more be negatives for you. You will start living every phase of your life both good and bad. I hope after reading this blog we all got a way to come over one of the major N’s(negatives) in our life and bring in more of Positivity(P).

People sometimes forget to differentiate b/w positive and negative feelings.Indeed 'ACCEPTANCE' is the thin line.Just to make mind temporarily happy we accept the things which are not real.Illusuon, illusion and more illusuon...Glad about the way you have co-ordinated all things regarding the state of mind.Keep writing more stuff.
