Loneliness can be positive!

Loneliness A very negatively termed concept by society. But what if we explore another way to look at it?   let's do it then for me, for you, and for everyone who is and who has been through it. All of us face adverse effects of loneliness as we are not habitual of being with our selves. Thinking over it, loneliness won't be an issue if we are habitual of our own company and if we are satisfied with our selves. All of us have felt betrayed sometimes or the others in our lives. It brings us emotions like sadness, blankness and many others that we term to be negative. We may come across such situations due to the unfulfilled expectations that we have from relationships that we share with our family, friends, and society. What if we build our selves in such a way that these feelings won't have to break us down into anxiety. First of all, what we have to do is give attention to our selves.
