Loneliness can be positive!
Loneliness
A very negatively termed concept by society.
But what if we explore another way to look at it? let's do it then for me, for you, and for
everyone who is and who has been through it.
All of us face adverse effects of loneliness as
we are not habitual of being with our selves. Thinking over it, loneliness
won't be an issue if we are habitual of our own company and if we are satisfied
with our selves. All of us have felt betrayed sometimes or the others in our
lives. It brings us emotions like sadness, blankness and many others that we
term to be negative. We may come across such situations due to the unfulfilled
expectations that we have from relationships that we share with our family,
friends, and society. What if we build our selves in such a way that these
feelings won't have to break us down into anxiety. First of all, what we have
to do is give attention to our selves. Spend time doing things that make us
happy. Doing this would bring you relief and a feeling of positivity within
yourself. Once you start investing in yourself gradually you will realize its
productivity and the positivity it brings in your life. Secondly, you should stop expecting things
from people around you instead start expecting from your self and then
investing in yourselves to fulfill those expectations. This will bring you at a
stage of self-sufficiency. once you feel satisfied by yourselves you won't
need someone else to satisfy you. It will bring you another level of
satisfaction that you have never experienced before. Being happy is an art and
not everyone knows it. Remember feelings cannot be overcome but yes they can be
molded positively so that you can be fresh, confident, and positive even in
your hard times. We can't avoid tough times but yes we can decrease their intensity
and effect on us by staying happy and by not letting the so-called negatives
affect our individuality. Ones you become self-satisfied these problems won't
be as disastrous as they were before to you, instead you will start finding
sunshine even at the darkest hour of your life. Finally, you now arrive at the
final stage of self-consent and self-motivation where you consent with yourself
where you motivate yourself to believe in your power to heal your problems
because no one other than you can really help you to overcome your problems and
make way for you to become happy, confident and a positive individual who not
only leads a healthy life but influences people around you emphatically.
